Refund policy

All current FileMoat tools are free, so there is nothing to refund today. This policy will apply to paid plans once they launch.

Subscriptions

You will be able to cancel at any time from the link in your receipt; access continues until the end of the paid period. If something doesn't work as described, contact us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it in full.

Day passes

Day passes will be refundable within 14 days if you were unable to use the paid features because of a problem on our side.

How to request a refund

Write to contact@filemoat.com with your order number. Refunds will be processed by our reseller Paddle.com to the original payment method.
