1. The service
FileMoat provides browser-based tools to convert, combine and edit files. Processing runs on your own device; we do not receive or store your files. By using the website you accept these terms.
2. Your responsibility
- You must have the right to use and modify the files you process.
- You are responsible for checking every result before relying on it, and for keeping your own copies of original files.
- You must not use the service for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt it.
3. No professional advice
The tools are general-purpose utilities. They do not provide legal, accounting, tax or financial advice, and do not certify that a document complies with any regulation.
4. Availability and warranty
The free tools are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Results depend on your browser, device and the files you provide. We may change or discontinue tools at any time.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit or business interruption. For paid plans, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Paid plans
Paid plans, when available, are sold by our reseller Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles billing, taxes and invoicing. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the publisher is established. For business users, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that country. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
